The Salesian Family of the Tanzania Province gathered at the Morogoro community for a joyful and formative event hosted by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA).

Presided over by Rev. Dr Emilius Salema, Provincial Superior of TZA, and coordinated by Fr Valerian Kway, the meeting brought together about 100 participants from the five groups of the Salesian Family. Post-novices and philosophy brothers presented the 2026 Rector Major’s Strenna, “Do whatever He tells you – Believers free to serve.” In his homily, the Provincial called for active commitment, collaboration and generous service in the shared mission. The programme included moments of reflection, animation, common prayer and the Rosary, strengthening the family spirit. The celebration concluded with a shared dinner and Holy Mass, renewing the Salesian Family’s commitment to communion and mission.
